There was a lot to like and learn from about this article, and I recognized a classic Narcissist from my recent past that was a big problem for my family. I will try to avoid narcissisistic behavior, whether from myself or others, but I could have done without some of the crude or offensive (f bomb) language, which I really didn't feel was helpful in being able to appreciate the value of the article.
